Mentoring - Instructor Development
In addition to Rock Climbing Instructor refresher courses we also offer a tailor-made instructor development programme for anyone who would like the support of an experienced instructor to gain qualifications and confidence as an outdoor instructor. We develop pathways to suit your goals, available time and current levels of experience. Programmes include access to regular 1:1 skills training and coaching, NGB courses and fast-tracking experience by working alongside senior instructors as they guide and instruct.
